The Town of Bolton Zoning Board of Appeals took the following actions at its meeting on June 14, 2022:
- To approve the appl. of Daniel Johnston, Ambassador Pool Distributers, Inc., for Tonya LaPlante-11 Enrico Rd –for a variance of Section 11 (Dimensional Requirements) of the Bolton Zoning Regulations of 12 feet from the 40 ft rear yard setback requirement, permitting an above-ground pool with integrated deck & fence 28 ft from the property line.
